The 8-Week Journey

Week 1 — Presence & Yishuv HaDaas

Learn how to calm the mind, observe thoughts without getting pulled in, and return to the quiet clarity of your neshama.

Week 2 — Menuchat HaNefesh (Inner Calm & Well-Being)

Explore holistic self-care, calming the senses, and creating the physical and emotional stability that the soul needs to function.

Week 3 — Emotional Balance

Learn how to feel emotions without fear or overwhelm — letting them flow, releasing judgment, and returning to inner balance.

Week 4 — Positive Attitude & Inner Narrative

Shift from negative thought patterns to empowering ones through awareness, gratitude, and the six core positive-attitude practices.

Week 5 — Rest, Review & Integration

We go over, clarify, and integrate everything learned so far, strengthening the foundations before moving deeper.

Week 6 — Self-Worth & the True Self

Discover your essential goodness, detach from external identities, and build unconditional self-worth based on your neshama.

Week 7 — Experiencing the Self (Chavaya)

Learn to step back from thoughts and emotions and directly experience your pure, stable, soul-level existence.

Week 8 — Ratzon & Living with Purpose

Strengthen and clarify your deepest desires by aligning your will with what truly brings wholeness, vitality, and connection to Hashem.
