Who is this course for?This course is for anyone looking to develop greater mindfulness, inner peace, and clarity through a Torah-based approach. Whether you're new to meditation or have experience, you'll gain practical tools to calm your mind and live with more presence.

How much time do I need to commit?The sessions are designed to fit into a busy schedule. Each class is approximately 45 minutes, and you'll receive simple daily mindfulness practices that take just a few minutes to integrate into your day.

What if I miss a session?No worries! All sessions will be recorded and available on Google Drive, so you can watch (or rewatch) them at your convenience.

Is the course interactive?The course is as interactive as you want it to be. You’re welcome to ask questions at the end of each session, but participation is completely optional. Cameras do not need to be on during the Zoom calls, so you can join in a way that feels comfortable for you.

Do I need prior experience with meditation or mindfulness?Not at all! The course is designed for both beginners and those with experience. You'll learn step-by-step techniques rooted in Jewish wisdom to help you build a mindfulness practice at your own pace.

Is this course based on Jewish sources?Yes! The course is deeply rooted in Torah wisdom, with sources from Chazal, the Rambam, Chassidus, and more. You'll gain both practical mindfulness techniques and a deeper understanding of their connection to Jewish spirituality.
